Featured on the BIA 2024 Tour of Remodeled Homes, this renovation boasts an updated elegant and classic style. Renovation includes the majority of the first floor. Refinished hardwood floors/stairs/railings and new paint throughout. Renovated areas include the family room, kitchen, breakfast area, bar area, mudroom and walk in pantry. A second story laundry room addition was created where there was a 2-story open space above part of the family room. The exterior was updated and the front door was replaced.
