We built this custom garage to accommodate the owner’s classic cars and workshop. The garage’s main level has parking and workshop space. Upstairs, there is additional workshop and storage space. The upstairs floor is equipped with a trap door with a hoist. Also, we installed a garage exhaust fan for ventilation. The exterior has a brick front and skirt, HardiePlank siding and Versatex trim. The foundation is solid poured concrete walls. The garage has metal interior and gas heat. The owner said the garage is so well insulated that only 2 window units are needed to cool it in the summertime.
