Conrad Construction Company renovated the kitchen and family room area of this home. The kitchen was completely gutted, removing soffits and bulky pantry. The new layout accommodates a large center island with ample seating. Kitchen features white shaker cabinets and white painted hood surrounding a navy blue island, as well as granite countertops and white subway tile backsplash. Glass knobs and stunning island light add a little sparkle. New hardwood floors installed throughout kitchen and family room stained warm brown tone to match existing floors in adjacent area. In the family room, dated wood built-ins, wood ceiling beams, and a wall of closets were removed. Large double window replaced existing small window to add an abundance of natural light to the previously dim space. Recessed LED lighting and a beautiful wood ceiling fan define the spaces. The stand out feature is the custom media center with tons of cabinet and bookshelf space. One large closet near garage entry remained and was reconfigured for coat and shoe storage.
