This master suite was completely renovated. New draperies and furniture compliment the new plush carpeting and calming paint color in the bedroom. The bold blue paint and wall molding make a statement in the office. The small enclosed shower and cedar closet were removed to allow for the freestanding tub in the arched alcove with barrel vaulted ceiling. The dated corner tub and the area was converted into a large glass shower with champagne bronze fixtures. The shower boasts marble basket weave tile floor, extra large 24” x 48” polished marble-look porcelain wall tile, quartzite bench and curb, and niche with unique marble mosaic. Although the existing vanity cabinets remained, they were painted and new gold hardware added. The vanity area was also updated with quartzite countertops, champagne bronze faucets, decorative mirrors and gold sconces. The herringbone pattern floor tile continues into the master closet, as does the heated floor system. We designed and built a custom closet system including pull out tie and belt racks, double hanging space, shelves recessed into the attic space, and drawer stacks in the dormer areas.
